Jameel if the owner of Cheesecake Heaven, which boasts over 200 flavors of cheesecake, freshly-made ice cream and full-food catering.
Jameel's passion for baking started from the young age of 8, when he started experimenting in the kitchen helping his mother bake and do prep work for dinner. With a family filled with great cooks, the kitchen became a natural environment for him.
In high school job training, Jameel found his way to the kitchen of a hotel when I was supposed to be in the office. After graduation, he attended the hotel training college, studied in Cuba, came home and took jobs that were outside of his craft to generate income.
Soon, he was able to start Cheesecake Heaven, whose clientele is growing every day. There you can find unique cheesecake flavors like dilly, sea grape, sugar apple, Bailey's, sour sop and more.
Keshelle Kerr -- Creative Wealth Training
Keshelle Kerr is founder and CEO of Creative Wealth Training and author of the book "Your Child Can Become Wealthy -- How to Fashion a Passion for Entrepreneurship & Instill the Skills of Good Money Management in Youth."
Her organization has successfully delivered financial and business education to hundreds of youth in the country. She is also recognized for introducing "Camp Millionaire, the first kid and youth financial literacy summer camp in The Bahamas.
Kerr is the only Certified Youth Financial Educator (CYFE) in The Bahamas and Caribbean and she is also a licensed Creative Wealth Coach with the ability to provide financial education training from Creative Wealth International.
Sharell Carroll -- SageEden International Media Group
With a passion to serve her gift to the world, Sharell Carroll is the CEO of SageEden International Media Group which provides business and consulting services in Boutique Marketing, Branding, Corporate Training, Event Planning, and Motivational Speaking.
The Editor-in-Chief of GeniVive, a Youth Business Magazine, Sharell is also a motivational speaker and the founder of Business Builders Immersion, a global youth entrepreneurial conference that seeks to cultivate innovative and global thinkers. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Pacesetter Award in Business from The Ministry of Youth, as well as the 2010 Young Women in Leadership Award for Entrepreneurship from STRAW Inc., a young women’s mentoring organization.

After working in the janitorial business for a few years, Michael developed a love for providing exceptional and detailed cleaning services. It was 2009 when he decided to risk everything and dive into starting his own janitorial service, which is known today as Mike’s Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning services, where values, good attitude and job satisfaction are the number one priority.
Mike, a spirited and ambitious young man, took every dollar saved and invested in equipment to start his cleaning company. After securing his first contract, he saved diligently to purchase his first carpet cleaning machine. As the purchase of this machine, Mike saw tremendous growth in his company. Struggling with the increasing demand, Mike applied to the Self Starter program for assistance with purchasing a second machine.
Today, Mike’s Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning Services has grown and currently employs three people and maintains several contracts. Mike’s Janitorial offers carpet cleaning, car interior cleaning, furniture cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, pressure washing, flood services, detail cleaning, and of course, janitorial services.
